Taco Cravings

I've been craving for tacos for ages. There's no mexican restaurant near in our home so instead I make some home made.

Ingredients:

• 6-8 Tacos or tortillas if you prefer
• 1/2 kilo of ground beef
• 1 onion (minced)
• 5 cloves of garlic (minced)
• 2 teaspoon of ground cumin
• 2 teaspoon of all spice
• 2 teaspoon of spanish paprika
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon of flour
• 1/2 water

Toppings:

It depends on what you like to put on  yout taco as your toppings. Since I'm no expert these are toppings I used.

• Onions 
• Tomatoes
• Iceberg Lettuce

Directions:

1. Sauté ground beef, onion and garlic till brown.

2. Drain all excess oil.

3. Put all the spices, salt, flour and water. 

4. Cook in low heat. Stir occasionally, until mixture thickens.

5. Assemble the meat and toppings on your tacos or tortillas.

  

It Just Doesn't Show

Some may think that I don't give a fuck of what happen around me. Oh, they are so wrong. It may show that I'm okay and that I'm oblivious around me. But it just doesn't show what I'm really feeling inside and what's going on in my head or I just don't really know how to express myself. And sometimes I just don't know how to react on certain things. Yeah, I'm kind of awkward when it comes to some kinda situations that needed my reaction. Or I'm just plain scared. 

 Do I make sense? I hope I do.

Not Knowing.

I've been asking my self for quite some time now. What do I want in life? I'm on the stage where I don't know what I really want in my life. I don't know what I want to be. I know I should be over that phase in my life now, I'm already 21 and I still don't know what I want in my life.

 I've never been so confused in my life. It's really frustrating not knowing what I want in life. I know I should know what I want by now but I don't and it's hard.  I don't know where to go with my journey.

I really hope that I will know what I want like some people. I wish someday I'd know what my heart truly desires. All I can do now is pray and trust God. 

So, for those who have dreams but can't quite reach them, if you know what you want, if you know what your dream is, don't stop chasing it. Never give up. Have faith. Have patience. Someday you'll reach it too. It may take some time but someday it will be all worth it.

Start of Something New.

Hi everyone!

I really wanted to start my own blog for a while now because I've got nothing to do and I still don't know what I'll do with my life so for now I'll start writing blogs to ease my mind. But then I don't know what I'll blog. So I've come to think that I will blog some random things. haha! But I'll probably blog more about foods, books, hairstyles and random places. 

I hope you'll like my posts. :) I'll try my best to improve it as time goes by. Thank you!
